PixMaker 1.0.3.0 is a program to create 360º interactive web pages.
By using a 3 steps wizard (Snap, Stitch, Publish), PixMaker will let you create 360° interactive web pages with Hotspots to other scenes, web pages or multimedia.
This can be used to produce virtual tours of real estate properties, tourist destinations, showrooms or shopping malls.
The first step, called "Snap", will require you to take snapshots of the place you want to show, using any camera and saving them to any drive, using .JPG, .BMP or .PCD formats.
In the second step, "Stitch" the program will stitch together the photos you selected, in order to create a 360º panorama view of the scene you shot.
This means that the program will normalize the groups of photos, and will align the images to produce a continuous 360º view.
You can add "Hotspots" to the resulting view. These are areas of the image that can be clicked and will trigger an action, like showing a different page, start a program or else. A hotspot is similar to an hyperlink.
In the last step, "Publish", you will be able to create a Scene (in .JPG format), an HTML webpage, a postcard (.exe), an image to be seen in a PDA (Palm or Windows CE) or simply print the whole view.
The trial version doesn´t allow you to save or publish your work. You must obtain a registration key from PixAround. |
